Shipping & Delivery
We will deliver the goods ordered by you as soon as reasonably practicable to the address you give us for delivery. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt and are usually despatched the next day. If we are unable to despatch your order within 3 working days, we will advise you. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered on delivery of them to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for damage or their loss. In respect of any damage to goods reported to us after 48 hours of delivery we shall require proof from you that the goods were damaged before receipt by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping method you choose has an appropriate level of insurance coverage. 
Next Day Special Delivery shipments can only be processed before 3PM Monday - Friday.  Special Delivery orders placed outside of these periods will be shipped on the next business day
Privacy & Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will not pass your e-mail address to other trusted traders unless you agree.

All payments to ElectriFlite are processed by PayPal, therefore ElectriFlite do not process or store Credit/Debit card details. For more details of PayPal's policies, please visit their website.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser.

Returns & Replacements

Your right to cancel: Unwanted items, or items ordered in error, can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. They must be in the original packaging and be in new, unused condition. After we have verified the condition of returned items, you will be credited with the cost of the item within 14 days. We do not refund return shipping costs.  To return an item, or items, back to us, please use our Contact form and include your order number and details of the items you wish to return.  After receiving your returns request, we will issue an RMA# and details of how to return the item(s)  Please ensure that you include your RMA# either on or inside the package.

All of our products are carefully examined before despatch. If in the unlikely event that you should receive a product which has a manufacturing defect, you must inform us of the defect within 14 days (unless otherwise stated by ElectriFlite) of receiving the product by using the Contact form and include your order number and details of the faulty item. If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will replace or refund the item in full.

Any modifications to the product, or dismantling, removal of product covers, cases, heatshrink etc. invalidates any warranty. All returned items will be inspected and tested upon receipt by us. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyers fault, the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.  Due to the nature of Lithium Polymer batteries, additional conditions apply, please click here to view them.

Where a product has a manufacturers warranty: After the 14 day returns period has passed, all warranty claims must be made directly to the manufacturer.

Any items returned without RMA authorization, sufficient packing, or sufficient postage will not be accepted. For an RMA# We can be contacted here. You must include your order number when requesting an RMA.

As far as the law allows, we will not be responsible for the following: (a) loss of income, profits (actual or anticipated), contracts or for any other business related loss; (b) indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever caused.

Any warranty offered is subject to these terms and conditions which may change from time to time.

Back-orders
Any back-ordered items will be charged for at the time of ordering. If we are unable to supply the back-ordered item within 7 days, you will be given the option to cancel the order.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All items are priced in UK pounds. In the event that incorrect pricing has been applied to any item, we will contact you to give you the option of purchasing the item at the correct price or canceling your order.

Electriflite reserves the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the Website at its discretion and also reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time..

Limitations upon our liability to you

As the assembly, care and circumstances of use of our products are completely beyond our control, ElectriFlite and it's associates, partners, officers, employees and assignees, remain completely harmless and free of liability or responsibility for any damage, harm, or claim arising from the purchase, assembly, use or misuse of any product(s) purchased from, or supplied by us. ElectriFlite makes no claim of guarantee, warranty or any other claim, expressed or implied, that any item mentioned on this website is suitable for any purpose, including the intended purpose. Furthermore, nothing said, written or implied by any person connected with ElectriFlite shall invalidate any of the preceding disclaimer. The user assumes all liability for all potential damages or claims that might arise from the use, purchase or handling of any items supplied by or purchased from ElectriFlite.
